Hey Ma, I Made it

So this morning I received a lovely e-mail that a panelist had selected my wee little blog to be a part of the top 100 blogs about chronic illness! Who would have thought?!

I am super touched and a little bit in disbelief as I follow so many beautiful and inspiring people, so to think I have touched people and have inspired them is a little bit crazy to me. I want to thank you guys for reading along and following my journey. Sometimes I think I ramble too much and might be slightly depressive in my posts, but it’s all part of the journey.

And to all the beautiful people who have personally e-mailed me, know that it always makes my day when people reach out. Even if it’s just to say “hey I’ve been there”. Social media might not be good in a lot of ways, but in my journey it has been so helpful. It’s connected me with so many wonderful souls around the world and reminds me constantly that I am not alone. Someone out there knows exactly what it feels like to be me.

So thank you!

Stay beautiful! And I will hopefully be updating you guys on my Entyvio progress as I have now had 2 infusions and we are down to 4 pills of Prednisone (so the halfway mark, yaaaaaaay–not). I have not forgotten!
